Over his 15 years as head of in-store technology, Oakley’s Scott Smith has watched the in-store experience transform. Having worked extensively with hardwired registers and mobile Point of Sale, in-store registration for loyalty, digital signage, and customer engagement devices, Smith sees with crystal clarity the dramatic change in retail: businesses can no longer be content with simply making a sale or creating an impersonal mailer for all the customers in their rolodex; they must engage the consumer’s heart with a taste of the sublime. Oakley’s vision for the way shoppers experience the brand in stores and in their eyewear accomplishes exactly that. It is technology wrapped in art.
In just 11 years, Topher's "all in" approach to retail transformed a laid-back import store with three brick-and-mortar locations and no website into a vertically integrated omnichannel brand. With Mexicali Blues now making millions of dollars online and off, he simultaneously launched Maine's first grain-to-glass organic distillery, Split Rock Distilling. Both businesses show his signature approach to retail sales: authentic passion, hands-on leadership, grassroots marketing and forward-thinking financial analysis. Topher turns loyal customers into a long-lasting community and loves every minute.

Diaz is responsible for overall strategy and the cornerstone relationships driving growth at this rapidly expanding retail technology venture.
Elad Segev spent the majority of his career involved in advertising, marketing, retail, property and IT systems. Having worked at an international IT conglomerate in Israel as a Senior Architect looking after their US-based customers, Segev co-founded a business called Media Cube – an advertising POS company that specialized in the retail sector.
