Tell us about Premium Limited Group.
Premium Limited Group (PLG) is establishing itself into becoming one of the leading Fashion and Lifestyle Retail Companies. Our aim is to excel in the industry through management of premium luxury brands in Fashion, Entertainment and Food & Beverage. With the help of our expertise and insight into the local GCC market we are positioning brands to target knowledgeable consumers all while taking into account local procedures, regulations and culture. Our success is led by an energized team and long-term vision in the successful promotion of our brands to meet growth and forecast future trends. In addition, our tasks are done with sustainable objectives which are fundamental and true to our work ideology and ethics. We aim to give back to the community in accordance of the group’s ongoing growth. These objectives are diverse and long-term covering various aspects of our operations including retail and brand management.
What business challenges are you solving with Retail Pro today?
We chose Retail Pro Prism to remain competitive with big-box department stores and online retailers – retaining loyal customers became a real priority for us.
We also needed an easy to change user interface; flexible reporting and quick and easy promotion tools.
We needed Retail Pro Prism’s ability to not only manage our inventory and sales efficiently, but also to integrate with other solutions and help us provide a great customer experience.
How are you building omnichannel with Retail Pro?
Retail Pro Prism has made our processes more unified and simple in multiple ways. Our associates no longer have to spend time on tracing customers; Retail Pro lets us store each customer's information.
Now we can analyze where our top sales are coming from and can track current trends to offer popular products and streamline inventory. Before it was a difficult task to do so.
Organizing master data in the system for accurate reports and other information is much easier with Retail Pro Prism, too, so we can integrate collaboration tools and other software from various departments to run a successful Omni-channel operation.
Integration between Retail Pro Prism and our ecommerce platform enables us to ensure inventory updates and smooth order flow across the organization. With unified commerce, it is easy to keep track of inventory and display online whether an item is out of stock or ready to be picked up, resulting in less frazzled associates and happier customers.
We recently started our online sales with one of the brands and will be launching a mobile application soon.
Has your Retail Pro been specially configured or customized for your business needs? What challenges or needs were these customizations designed to address?
Yes, the Retail Pro integration provides smooth integration of our in-store inventory with web sales. The Retail Pro ecommerce integration optimizes inventory, streamlines operations, and reduces manpower needed to manage this channel.
In addition, customizable configurations of reports and transactions have helped us overcome various bottlenecks. The Inditech team has been supportive anytime, every time.
What does the future look like for your company?
We are still exploring many of the Retail Pro features and are working on growing our customer loyalty. We also plan to improve our digital customer engagement by personalizing our marketing emails with insights from the detailed customer analysis we get in Retail Pro Prism.
We are looking to unify all of the technologies with the Retail Pro Prism platform software.
We are currently heavily investing on our different entities like FnB & Entertainment. However, with Covid totally under control in our country and the retail market slowly turning back to normal, we are planning to open additional stores in 2022.
We've also started actively looking for potential partnerships with bigger organizations based in the country by providing employee discounts to their employees.
Overall, our organization has grown significantly in size & headcount within last 2 years, considering the challenges that came with COVID, and we will continue to grow.
