So they implemented the flexible Retail Pro Prism POS and retail management software.
LensEye uses Retail Pro software to manage inventory, replenishment, promotions, purchasing, transfers, customer data, and employees. The retail software easily integrates with the company’s accounting software, making number-crunching seamless and more efficient.
In addition, LensEye leverages Retail Pro to streamline routine processes that were previously handled manually. The retailer simplified IT management by connecting all of their retail and customer data for every store in the Retail Pro platform. This gives them a 360° view of their business and helps improve reporting.
LensEye also enjoys the real-time updates which enable a faster flow of data and quicker checkouts. That, in turn, results in a better customer experience.
Retail Pro software is critical for maintaining efficiency and complete visibility across all 6 LensEye stores, and even more so as the retailer plans to open five more stores by March 2018. From there, LensEye is also preparing to launch further e-commerce integration projects as part of a larger unified commerce strategy.
