For what specific business challenges did you choose Retail Pro?
We needed a user-friendly POS to support our sales. Retail Pro is very user friendly and it's really easy to use. The sales team easily scans barcodes to identify item details it reflects the correct item. Retail Pro Prism really simplifies inventory management and lookup on the sales floor. The detailed reports in Retail Pro Prism help us analyze our sales and keep store performance on track.
What role does your Retail Pro play in your customer engagement strategy?
Retail Pro is very easy to use and accurate, so our sales team can keep the queue moving quickly for a better, hassle-free checkout experience for our shoppers. They won’t need to wait long in the queue because the billing is very fast with the Retail Pro Prism POS.
In future months, we are planning implement a loyalty program which helps to increase sales.
What does the future look like for your company? What are some of your plans for growth, expansion, customer initiatives, etc.?
Since I joined the Clara Trading team in 2007, we've grown from 2 stores to 6 in UAE, and the Retail Pro and Inditech teams have been with us every step of the way.
We are still exploring many of the Retail Pro features and working on growing our customer loyalty. We are also aiming in the coming months to integrate Retail Pro Prism with our Magento ecommerce site for a total view of inventory and customer data.
