A designated project manager serves as the single point of contact for all aspects of the retail business, providing day-to-day account management to ensure that Retail Pro meets or exceeds our contractual services. Proactive communication ensures that all of the requirements are met, even as the business needs change. For each customer deployment, the Project Manager and his team implement processes and procedures, and review and improve mechanisms that guarantee each installation can be delivered with consistent quality in a methodical fashion over and over again.
