Supertienda Morena, a family-owned El Salvador retailer operating for over 55 years, is a store specializing in home goods, trade, and food industry. Today, the retailer operates three large locations and an online store, allowing Supertienda Morena to be there for their customers wherever and whenever their customers need them.

Future Plans

Supertienda Morena has many strategic retail technology plans projected for implementation, thanks to the experience and knowledge of the company’s General Manager. Their next step is to develop a sustainable loyalty plan with the native loyalty module of Retail Pro. This will enable Supertienda Morena to know their customers’ purchase preferences better, so they can keep delivering the goods they want.

Supertienda Morena also plans to supply each sales associate with Retail Pro on a mobile device for better customer engagement, and to be able to complete the checkout process from the sales floor.
