Chief Executive Officer

Kerry Lemos

As CEO, Kerry is responsible for the vision, expansion and leadership of Retail Pro International. Kerry brings over 20 years of experience in the application software industry. He has held senior executive roles at Hotel Information Systems, Avantos, Kadiri and most recently, Sage Software. Throughout his career, Kerry has created, developed and optimized channel distribution organizations, resulting in higher levels of partner satisfaction and productivity. Kerry has deep experience in international business, having lived abroad and engineered joint venture projects in China, Mexico, Brazil and Europe. With a proven record of ethical and responsible management, coupled with the ability to inspire, Kerry has succeeded in bringing businesses to the next level. Kerry was awarded a B.S. degree from The University of California, Berkeley and certifications from the Crosby Quality Management College.

Senior Vice President of Client Services

William Colley

Bill is responsible for providing services leadership for Retail Pro International. Bill brings more than 30 years of technology and management experience from single store to enterprise level software solutions. He works closely with business leaders, research and development, client services teams and collaborates with business partners and clients worldwide to develop and maintain world class service offering. Before joining Retail Pro, Bill owned and operated his own company consulting, selling, implementing and servicing the software and hardware needs of retail and hospitality entrepreneurs in northern California. Bill has a proven track record delivering Retail Pro software services solutions to our partners and customers.

Vice President of Business Development

Mike Bishop

Mike Bishop has over 30 years of experience as a leader, technology executive, innovator, problem solver, trainer, educator, and consultant. His experience includes 17 years of increasing levels of responsibility within the enterprise software development industry (11 years with Retail Pro), working closely with executives and operations management from leading Global 2000 companies focused on manufacturing, distribution, retail, direct marketing and e-commerce business. While an officer in the United States Air Force, Mike managed one of their largest software development contracts, and served on the faculty of the United States Air Force Academy as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics. His software development experience includes a myriad of languages and technologies spanning various industries and disciplines. He is also an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt instructor and consultant. He holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Washington and an MS in Computer Science from Pacific Lutheran University.

Vice President of Software Development

Amit Lohia

Amit brings over 18 years of experience in the software development industry. As the Vice President of Software Development at Retail Pro International, he is responsible for the product development of the existing and new product lines. Having led the lifecycle development for multiple clients through his senior leadership and strategic roles prior to joining RPI, he has a stellar track record in managing development and bringing challenging projects back on track. Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated, he takes pride in leading by example. Amit holds a Masters in Business Administration & Accounting degree and has been awarded several certifications, including PMP. In his down time, he makes an astute chess adversary and loves spending time with his family and grooming his daughter's tennis skills.

VP of Channel Sales, Latin America

Shaff Kassam

Shaff Kassam possesses over 30 years of operations, sales, channel business development experience in the retail technology industry. He has lead diverse teams focused on retail enterprise, supply chain, pricing management, and POS solutions to grocery and general retailers both in North America and Latin America while creating and managing new businesses. Before joining Retail Pro, Shaff was VP of Latin America for Retalix, a provider of integrated enterprise-wide software solutions for the food and fuel retail industries. Shaff was also Director of Sales in Latin America with TCI Solutions, and prior to joining TCI solutions, he played a pivotal role in developing the Mexican market for Fujitsu ICL and HP Mexico, as well as managing ICL's channel business (Fleming) in North America in the 90's. Shaff started his distinguished career as a retail store manager for a large supermarket chain in the UK and over the last 20+ years has a proven track record in creating and managing channels in Latin America.

VP of Channel Sales, North America

Peter LaTona

Peter joined Retail Pro in May of 2006 and was hired as VP of Sales in charge of Market development and Partner recruiting. He was then promoted to VP of Channel Sales for North America and manages the existing Retail Pro Partner channel. Peter is responsible for sales quota attainment from the Retail Pro Business Partner channel and assisting the channel partners in growing their Retail Pro business. As the VP of Sales, Peter helps direct and manage the partner sales force, providing strategies, assisting with the sales process, supporting negotiations, and approving any departures from standardized deals. He is also involved in partner recruiting and development. He initially worked in Public Accounting for several years, where he earned his CPA license. Peter then made a major change in his career and began selling. Peter earned a BS in Business with a concentration in accounting from California State University - Chico.

VP of Channel Sales, Middle East, India, South East Asia and China

Bevin Manian

Bevin Manian joined Retail Pro International as Regional Director for the Middle East region, and has been working tirelessly to solidify RPI growth strategy and expansion in the ME market. Today, as the VP of Channel Sales for Middle East, India, South East Asia and China markets, Bevin focuses on building brand equity in these regions by creating profitable and long lasting relationships with the regional Business Partners, and delivering on RPI's service standards. With over 17 years of experience in the retail industry and the Middle East, as well as Enterprise Application experience, management skills and business development, he has been successfully building upon the extraordinary growth we experienced within these regions.
